Telehealth or office, by appointment

Meet by secure video, or at our office at 2000 W. Henderson Rd., Ste 10, Columbus. All evaluations are scheduled ahead.

How it works

  1. Send a request

An attorney, or you, fills out our request form or calls us.

  2. Intake review

Our intake team reviews the request and schedules a consultation call.

  3. Consultation and fee

We discuss the case and quote the fee. Payment is due before the evaluation is scheduled.

  4. The evaluation

We tell you which records to gather. The evaluation takes place by telehealth or in our office, by appointment.

  5. Your report

The completed evaluation goes to you and, with your written permission, to your attorney.

Who we work with

For attorneys and legal teams

Refer a client, coordinate scheduling, and receive the completed report with your client’s authorization.

For individuals and families

Your attorney asked for an evaluation, or you’re not sure where to start? Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

An evaluation documents a person’s history and current psychological functioning. It cannot guarantee the outcome of a case. Fees are quoted after the consultation.
