Our programs

The right amount of support depends on what you’re going through right now. You don’t have to figure it out alone: at your first visit we talk through your options and build your plan with you. You’re never told which program you have to do, and the plan can change as things get better.

How much support do you need?

  1. Regular therapy

Sessions scheduled around your life. Where most people start.

    Therapy (Outpatient Treatment)
  2. More support, still at home

Care several days a week, for when a weekly session isn’t enough. You still live at home.

For adults (Intensive Outpatient) For kids and teens (Day Treatment)
  3. Crisis or hospital care

If someone is in danger or needs 24-hour care, that’s beyond what we provide. Call or text 988, or call 911.

Help with the rest of life (case management) and medication support can be added to any of these. We’re a telehealth-first practice: every program except our daytime program for kids and teens happens by secure video. Office visits are by appointment only.
